With 50 days left until the election, the NRCC (the campaign arm of House Republicans) has re-affirmed that they consider VA-10 a top target. This morning, they moved Jennifer's opponent up on their list of priority candidates.

This means that Jennifer's opponent is hitting key fundraising and organizational benchmarks to warrant the national GOP's confidence about investing further in our battleground district.

We're setting a mid-month goal of $10,000 by Thursday to show that grassroots donors have Jennifer's back in the face of the attacks that we know are coming. We need at least 50 donations today to be on pace for this goal -- can you rush any amount right now?

The NRCC has already attacked Jennifer for her vote to protect our democracy and impeach Donald Trump. They've attacked her for having the courage to take on the gun lobby and support common-sense policies that protect our communities from violence.

The NRCC will do whatever they need to smear her record and boost the profile of her opponent, because they are desperate to take back a House seat that was in GOP hands for nearly four decades before Jennifer's 2018 victory.

The NRCC spent $5 million attacking Jennifer in that election, and with today's news, we need to be prepared for even more this time around. So we're counting on grassroots supporters like you to make the difference.
