Folks,
In addition to delivering essential items like groceries and medications to households across America, the United States Postal Service is vital to carrying out our elections through the delivery of mail-in ballots.
There's only 50 days left until Election Day, so we're bumping Sean's petition to save the USPS to the top of your inbox! We're still short of our goal to collect 5,000 signatures to demand the Senate pass the Delivering for America Act NOW -- will you add your name today?

Folks, make no mistake.
In the midst of a global pandemic, President Trump's ongoing effort to sabotage the United States Postal Service is a threat to our democracy and the wellbeing of millions of Americans who rely on it to deliver crucial items like Social Security checks and prescription drugs.
I've heard from thousands of constituents who have been directly impacted by Trump's interference leading to days-long mail backlogs -- from veterans and folks with underlying conditions going without their medications to caretakers facing a choice between their family's health and their right to vote.
We can't stand by as Trump treats the lives of these Americans as collateral damage in another one of his schemes to aid his re-election.
That's why my Democratic colleagues and I took immediate action today to pass the Delivering for America Act, which would prohibit the Postal Service from implementing any changes to operations this year that impede service -- such as the removal of mail sorting machines and mailboxes -- and reverse any implemented changes that could cause delays.
Let's send a message that we won't let Trump mess with the USPS. I need 5,000 signers to call on the Senate to pass the Delivering for America Act to end his attacks on this vital institution and reverse his administration's disruptions to USPS service >>
