I made a tough call and I need to share it with you.

I just stepped out of a meeting with my team at HQ and it was clear we needed to mount a stronger response to the Republicans’ latest ad blitz than we originally planned. Crypto billionaires are blanketing Ohioans' TVs, screens, and radios with lies – to the tune of $30 million.

Republicans are outspending us in all of Ohio’s biggest cities, and we need to make a bold play to reach undecided voters before early voting kicks off in just 2 weeks' time. We need to spread our message far and wide, and we need $2.5M to do it.

Here’s the issue: we don’t have the money yet but I gave the green light to my team anyway.

With just 39 days to go until the election and a true toss-up race, everything we do could tip the balance one way or another. We’re walking a tightrope, and any mistake could knock us off balance.

Republicans and the crypto lobby are trying to buy this election. The only way we can get through it is with people like you stepping up.

We have a $250,000 budget gap to make up now, and it’d mean a lot if you can give any amount to help us get there.
