Last month I asked you to chip in and help support our petition program to make sure we’re on the ballot next to Dan Lipinski.

I’m so proud to share that, thanks to support from people like you and our awesome grassroots team on the ground, we collected 1,200 signatures on our very first day.

We had supporters in every corner of our District to kick off the fall ballot access drive -- collecting petitions and chatting with voters in Worth, Oak Lawn, La Grange, Bridgeport, Beverly, Romeoville, and Garfield Ridge.

This is clear evidence that your support and real grassroots efforts work -- but we can’t hit the brakes now. We have to keep building on all of this momentum.

The Chicago machine is known for pulling last-minute shenanigans to pave the way for entrenched guys like Lipinski, and we can’t afford to let that happen.

We need to get as many signatures as possible by the end of November deadline -- can you help us keep going by chipping in today?
