As the school year starts, and our educators begin in-person, virtual or hybrid learning, they need resources and support to make sure our students get a quality education and stay safe.

Before I got to Lansing, and now during this pandemic, I’ve been advocating for greater school funding, increased teacher pay and now to provide the resources our educators need to stay safe, keep their students healthy and provide a quality education.

I’m proud to share that I’ve been endorsed for re-election by the Michigan Education Association and the American Teacher Federation. The two largest education unions that have been at the forefront fighting to protect our students and educators.

Can you chip in $20 or $50 to support me as I continue fighting for the investment I know our schools need? ([link removed])

Republican leadership has not completed our state’s school budget for the new fiscal year that starts in three weeks. As usual, it seems it will be a last second rush that will offer very little and not be enough to fully support our educators.

The DeVos backed Republicans will surely use this pandemic as an attempt to shift more funding to for-profit charter schools and undermine educators in Michigan.

Stand up for working families across the state and chip in to fight the Devos agenda. Every little bit counts. ([link removed])
