On top of Republicans' plan to recruit "poll watchers" who will intimidate voters at the polls, Donald Trump's postmaster general has made changes at the Postal Service that could slow down mail delivery. It's an attempt to sabotage mail-in voting at a moment when millions of Americans will need to vote from home. Even after public pressure forced him to halt additional changes, he's refusing to undo the damage he's already done!
