Co-produced videos on Adult ADHD

Patients from the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Adult ADHD Clinic have played the leading role in producing two videos to raise awareness and improve knowledge of adult ADHD within the Trust and other partners.

This was a co-produced project, with the aim to improve awareness, recognition and understanding about adult ADHD across the Trust.

The approach was chosen by the service users, many of whom felt they were misdiagnosed and/or unnecessarily medicated for other mental health conditions before their ADHD was recognised or considered suitable for a referral to the ADHD clinic.

The project was supported by the BEH Adult ADHD Clinic and the Enablement Partnership.

To view the videos and improve your knowledge of adult ADHD, please use the links below.  Please also share these videos with your networks and email the BEH ADHD team at [email protected] with any comments or feedback that you have.

Why We Must Not Waste This Crisis (webinar), Thursday 24th September, 10.00 - 11.00am

We have been taking part in the biggest workplace experiment we’ve seen in the 21st century. No other crisis has made us all stop and reflect on the way we work, how we work, and most importantly, what work really means to us.
The lessons of covid-19 should not be ignored. Instead, we should be learning and building a stronger, more resilient workplace where people can thrive, adapt and be truly happy in the work they do and how they do it.

This crisis should not be wasted. If we stop and consider the future impact of this crisis we can learn vital lessons and create a better future for our people and our company cultures.
