I’m thrilled to welcome our newest member of Team Lindsey, Sapna Moudgil-Shah, as our Campaign Manager. I could not be more excited to work with her as a fellow mom, district resident, and advocate for this community.
We are constantly growing as a campaign by adding staff and volunteers and are rapidly expanding our network—thanks to the support of friends like you. With Sapna leading our team, we are ready to accelerate our campaign’s reach and capacity as we move into the fall. It has been a delight to get to know Sapna, and I can't wait for you to get to know her, too.
Sapna brings 20 years of professional experience and a masters in Elections and Campaign Management from Fordham University. She shares our deep passion for women’s rights, better representation of women and minorities in our government, and a commitment to uplift other women.
This campaign is all about lifting up the voices of those who aren’t being heard. Join us to make your voice heard and build this campaign.
Like me, Sapna didn’t always see herself getting involved in politics. The catalyst for her career shift was the feeling of dismay and frustration after the 2016 Presidential election. Sapna decided to focus specifically on addressing the underrepresentation of women in government—making her an exceptional fit for our team.
When making the decision to join us, she said:
