I’ve spent the last 3 and a half years stopping Donald Trump in the courts. In my 100+ lawsuits against the President, I know how important the judicial branch is. 

 

That’s why it’s so alarming that this week President Trump released his new shortlist for the Supreme Court, saying he’d consider nominating ultra-conservatives like Senator Ted Cruz and Senator Tom Cotton to the bench.

There are so many reasons why we must win this November — to protect our healthcare, environment, and values. But when we vote, we can’t afford to overlook what this election will mean for our courts, too. 

 

Moments after Trump placed Senators Cruz and Cotton on his Supreme Court shortlist, Sen. Cotton tweeted that “It’s time for Roe v. Wade to go.” We can’t let that happen. 

 

Tomorrow we will be just 50 days away from Election Day. We need to do everything we can to defeat Donald Trump because so much is on the line. That’s why I’m asking, team:
