Folks,

Most campaigns expect a “summer slump” where their numbers tend to dip during the summer months because folks are out enjoying their vacation time.

Usually things start to pick up around Labor Day and campaigns get right back on track. Except…

September is turning out to be one of our worst fundraising months ever. Take a look:

+ Our total raise for September is 73% less than last month
+ Our average online contribution has significantly dropped
+ The number of people who give has decreased by 62%

These are our real fundraising numbers and we’re running out of time to catch up before Election Day. So, we have to ask:

Can you chip in $5, $10, anything you can to help us make up for this gap before our mid-month deadline in three days?
