John:
Matt mentioned last week that this month would be our most important fundraising deadline yet, and I wanted to follow up with more information.
September 30th is our final FEC End-of-Quarter filing deadline before the election. That means that all our fundraising and spending information gets submitted to the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and goes public for our opponent and his GOP bigwig supporters — like Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr, Marco Rubio, and Mike Huckabee — to see.
They will look under the hood of Matt’s campaign, and if they spy any sign of weakness, they will push millions of outside money and support to flip this seat from blue-to-red. That’s why it has never been more important to show strength. Will you rush a contribution to our September FEC End-of-Quarter Filing Deadline Fund now?

John — A new poll came out this week showing Joe Biden only leading Donald Trump in Pennsylvania by two points. Donald Trump knows he has a path to winning here, and that path runs right through our swing district in Northeastern Pennsylvania. He’s already visited our district twice, and you better believe he’ll be back again soon.
Our best hope of keeping this seat blue in November is by stunning GOP operatives with our End-of-Quarter fundraising haul. That’s why we’ve set the most ambitious grassroots fundraising goal in our campaign’s history: We are aiming to raise $30,000 before the books close on September 30.

This month is critical to holding Matt’s swing seat and keeping the House Majority. Let’s leave everything on the field. We can do this!
