Morning, John -

It's Sunday morning, so we'll cut right to the point:

Out of state dark-money groups like the Republican Governors Association are spending over $7 million to launch negative attack ads against Roy.

New polls show our race tightening, and with absentee voting already underway it's absolutely critical that we have the resources to fight back against these negative ads.

If we can hit our mid-month goal by Tuesday we'll be in a good position to respond to these attacks - but we just ran the numbers and we're still roughly $39,000 short of our goal.

We know these goals might seem small compared to the millions of dollars far-right groups are spending - but when thousands of supporters chip in $5 and $10, we build a grassroots campaign more powerful than anything the extreme-right can throw at us.

If 16 donors from Washington pitch in before midnight, we'll be in a good position to hit this goal before our deadline Tuesday. So, what do you say, NAME? Can Roy count on you to rush your first contribution of $10 to help us hit this critical goal?
With voting already underway in North Carolina, there's no time to spare. Chip in what you can to help fight back against Donald Trump's attacks and defeat Dan Forest:

Your support means everything in this race!

We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight. Further information on the Coronavirus and our response can be found here.
