I’m Cal’s Communications Director, which means it’s my job to manage the campaign’s rapid response operation during this Monday’s debate against Thom Tillis.

Cal is ready to share his vision with the people of North Carolina and hold Tillis accountable for his failed leadership. And we’re excited to watch him!

As a lifelong North Carolinian, Cal is passionate about the issues on the ballot. They’re not just abstract topics to him — they’re personal. He’s working to make sure his friends and neighbors have the health care they need, that those he’s served with in the military have the resources they deserve, and that children like his own receive a strong education that prepares them for the future.

That’s very different from what Tillis has been doing (or not doing) over the past six years. And that’s exactly the contrast this debate will show.

With only two days until the first debate in our race, the campaign team and I are gearing up for a big rapid response push, to make sure folks across the state are hearing Cal’s message and have the latest information on the race. To do it, we’ll need the resources to power this campaign through November.
