We are rejecting her CORRUPTION! We are rejecting her SILENCE as her Democrat colleagues attack Police Officers! We are rejecting the OPEN ENDORSEMENT of Socialism in her party! Friend, just as Donna Shalala and her Socialist colleagues abandon the values that so many from our community hold dear, I promise to make them my top priority. That’s because I’m fighting for the people of Miami. I’m fighting to protect the American Dream for generations to come, not sell out to Socialists like AOC. Friend, Miami deserves a fighter and I’m ready to be that fighter for our community. Will you help me reject Shady Shalala and help TAKE BACK MIAMI this November? Friend, we have Shady Shalala on the ropes, but we need to keep that momentum going. Donna Shalala, Nancy Pelosi and their dark money groups aren’t going to give up on this race easily.
Friend, these final couple months of the campaign are going to be a grind, but I’m up for the task. Miami has shaped me and I can’t wait to hold the honor of representing my hometown community. Please, take a moment to learn a little more about my background.
I grew up with the stories of the oppressive communist regime in Cuba, led by the cruel dictator Fidel Castro, from which my parents and many from our community escaped. This experience forged in me the importance of liberty and profound pride for the United States of America, but it also proved to me the fragility of freedom.  This passion for the pursuit of freedom helped me succeed in my studies as I graduated from the University of Miami and then put myself through Harvard University.
 My specialty was uncovering and exposing Communist and Socialist regimes in Latin America. I spent three years reporting from a Central American WARZONE in El Salvador! I stood up to and challenged Fidel Castro in his first interview on American soil. That day I saw the face of evil. It was Socialism!
But I know that the policies Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and the Democratic Socialists across the country are espousing will make this country look more like Cuba and less like the American Dream my parents fled oppression in search of.
But I can't do it without your help. I'll be a champion for freedom and liberty. I've fought Socialism before. I'll never let it come here. I will ensure our children and the next generation enjoy the same freedom my parents came seeking all those years ago!
