Yesterday, I learned that the Charlotte Observer Editorial Board endorsed me as the candidate for Mayor, just as they did in 2017!





What an honor to read ‘she has earned a second term as mayor,’ because the Observer says I’ve:


Worked behind the scenes to help make Charlotte one of the Climate Challenge’s winning cities

Helped Charlotte repair relationships

Guided City Council in navigating through new, bold voices mixing with our veteran members

Strengthened the city’s relationship with the corporate community

Been appreciated by Charlotte’s business and recruiting community for my approach at my job and council meetings


These are of course great compliments to receive, as they see I’m working every day to make Charlotte a better place. 

 

Thank you for your support. Continue to help us push forward by donating to my campaign and volunteering to help make Charlotte a more equitable city for all.
