John, it's outrageous:

COVID-19 has killed more than 190,000 people in this country. It has cost tens of millions of people their jobs. And it has cost far too many people their homes, their livelihoods, and their basic economic security.

But, just a few days ago, the Republican-controlled Senate considered a "relief" bill that would have cut enhanced unemployment benefits in half.

They're setting the working class up to lose. That's why we need the #PeoplesBailout — and that's why I'm running for Congress. Will you chip in what you can spare to help me get there?

The #PeoplesBailout would give everyone in this country $2,000 a month through the end of the pandemic, and for an additional three months after.

And those payments would also be retroactive to March, which would help make up for the wages that so many people lost while our current leaders did nothing.
