In an outrageous decision, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in Trump v. Barbara
that President Trump’s 2025 executive order cannot end birthplace citizenship
for children born in the U.S. to illegal alien parents.
The Justices in the majority have inflamed the all-out assault on our
sovereignty and cheapened the sacred value of American citizenship.
American citizenship should be the inheritance of Americans, not the
inheritance of people whose parents broke our laws and invaded our country.
I cannot sugarcoat it—the fight to end birthplace citizenship is now a lot
harder.
But we cannot afford to give up on this fight.
