Friends, imagine that we defeat Donald Trump in November's election, but Democrats fail to win control of the Senate. This would create a serious roadblock to President Biden's ambitious, reform-minded agenda.

Given the opportunity, Mitch McConnell will stop Democratic legislation, cabinet appointments and Supreme Court nominations from going through. Everything we need to take action on, from climate change to affordable health care to getting dark money out of politics, will be stymied under a McConnell-controlled Senate.
