His name is Umar Kremlev. He runs a boxing federation financed by the Russian state energy giant Gazprom. Days before the celebration, he was in China as part of Putin's delegation.

During Trump's first term, Don Jr. participated in a secret meeting with a Russian delegation in Trump Tower after being offered dirt on Hillary Clinton by the Russians. Then the Trump family bent over backwards to deny the meeting and its purpose.
