No relief in sight for US drivers as gas and diesel prices surge
Friend, there’s a saying that goes, “play stupid games, win stupid prizes.”

That’s exactly what Trump did when he started a stupid, needless war in Iran, which, on top of causing death and destruction abroad, has resulted in skyrocketing gas prices here at home.

Those prices affect more than just the cost of filling up your gas tank — all the food and goods we rely on need diesel to be transported from point A to point B. When diesel prices go up, so does the price of groceries, clothes, and every other essential.

This is one of those moments where regular people are looking around and seeing Donald Trump’s failure staring them in the face. We have to make the most of it.

We now have less than 50 days until the midterms. When it comes to elections, that’s not a lot of time.

If we want to reelect Ilhan, hold Minnesota’s critical Senate seat, and elect progressives up and down the ballot who will help grind Trump’s agenda to a halt, we have to supercharge our organizing and our voter turnout efforts.
