John – Calling all supporters. No matter where you are located, you can help Jahana win.

Absentee ballots will soon be going out in Connecticut. That means our Get Out the Vote Initiative starts NOW. We need all hands on deck, reaching out to voters about Jahana’s work and her vision. And we need people to do this now – before voters start casting their mail-in ballots.

You can support the campaign in countless ways, no matter where you are or how much time you have to give. Choose one and jump in. No experience necessary. We will give you everything you need to volunteer confidently.

• Make Phone Calls. We need to reach every voter in the Fifth District with Jahana’s message. Phone banking is a critical way to do that – especially in this time of social distancing.
• Send Text Messages. Texting is another great way to reach potential voters. You can text from your own home, in the comfort of your comfy, pandemic-era sweats!
• Write Post Cards. Write handwritten postcards to potential voters. We will give you everything you need to get started!
• Share our Message. Post on social media to educate your personal network about the work Jahana has been doing in her first term. Nothing about this freshman term has been normal, and we are lucky to have someone as resilient and agile as Jahana bringing our voices to Washington during these times! Follow Jahana on Facebook and Twitter and spread her message.
• Donate. If you can, make a $2 or $3 contribution to support our efforts to get the word out in the final stretch.

We have less than two months now. None of us want to wake up on November 4th thinking that we could have done more...

If you are new to volunteering, don’t worry. We will give you everything you need to reach voters with confidence. Whether you have 15 minutes or 3 hours, it all makes a difference.
