U.S. GOVERNMENT DIGITAL DOLLAR PLAN

<[link removed]>

Benjamin Franklin
We have urgent news…

The U.S. government is moving forward with the Central Bank Digital Currency
(CBDC) —
and this may be your final opportunity to protect your cash and privacy.

Once this system is in place, the government will have full control over your
money.
They’ll decide what you can buy… how much you can spend…
and they’ll be able to track every transaction you make.

But here’s the good news — there’s still time to legally “opt out” before the
Digital Dollar becomes mandatory.

Everything you need to know is explained step-by-step in this new,
confidential guide.

This may be your only chance to learn how to protect your savings, your
privacy, and your
family’s financial freedom before the switch is flipped.

Don’t wait — every day you delay gives the government more power over your
money.

Field Note — Advanced Energy & Direct Solar Fuels
A Commercial Artificial Photosynthesis Refinery Just Opened in the Atacama

Twelve and Synhelion commissioned a $4.1 billion solar synthesis facility to
produce drop-in aviation fuel directly from sunlight, water, and captured
carbon.

DeepCurrent Lab · September 18, 2026 · Edition Seventeen · 4 min read

The Take

Direct solar fuel production has bypassed traditional biomass intermediaries.
By utilizing high-temperature solar thermal reactors and CO2-electrolysis
catalysts, solar-to-liquid refining creates energy-dense jet fuel straight from
sunlight, breaking long-haul aviation's reliance on fossil crude.

$4.1B

Infrastructure investment for the commercial solar-to-kerosene refinery

energy

Carbon transformation startup Twelve and solar fuel developer Synhelion have
officially turned on their first commercial solar thermal refinery in Chile's
Atacama Desert <[link removed]>. Synhelion previously demonstrated its
industrial solar fuel plant prototype in Switzerland in mid-2024
<[link removed]>.

The facility uses concentrated solar mirror arrays to heat thermochemical
reactors, splitting captured CO2 and water vapor into synthesis gas
<[link removed]>. International airlines have pre-purchased 100% of
the refinery's initial ten-year output to comply with strict global zero-carbon
SAF mandates.

"We are replacing petroleum extraction with solar thermochemical refining.
Sunlight is no longer just power — it is liquid fuel."

— Nicholas Flanders, Co-Founder & CEO of Twelve

The Solar Fuel Refinery, By the Numbers

Industrial prototype demonstration (2024) DAWN Plant
Commercial refinery investment, 2026 $4.1B
Lifecycle $CO_2$ reduction vs jet A-1 90%
Solar thermal efficiency conversion rate 20%
The critical engineering advantage is thermal efficiency. While standard
hydrogen-to-jet pathways lose up to 60% of input energy during electrolysis and
compression, high-temperature solar thermal chemistry directly channels
concentrated solar radiation into chemical bonds, doubling overall fuel yield
per square meter of solar field.

Markets, Briefly

Energy and SAF technology equities gained 4.7% today as global airlines adjust
long-term fuel hedging strategies to account for direct solar kerosene supply
streams <[link removed]>.

Worth Remembering

Sustainable aviation fuel demands are projected to exceed 450 million tons
annually by 2050 <[link removed]>. Direct solar thermal synthesis
provides the unconstrained land-to-fuel scalability that bio-based crops cannot
match.

Commercial aviation used to depend on drilling fossil fuels out of the ground.
Moving forward, it relies on harvesting high-temperature solar heat in the
desert.
