Friends,
I have spent today reflecting and grieving.
As the spouse of an Iraq War Veteran, I am mourning the loss of those killed in the attacks on 9/11 and wars that followed.
I am truly humbled by the heroism and sacrifice of our first responders and all of the brave people who serve our country.
I am also committed to honoring those we have lost and standing with those still fighting by improving the health and safety of our communities, defending workers’ rights, and strengthening our democracy.
When we stand together as a nation, we can move our country forward.
We Will Never Forget.
