Fight for $15

**************************
John,

I work cleaning a McDonald's in San Jose.

I've worked every week since the COVID pandemic hit -- I'm an essential worker -- but I'm still not paid enough, and we still don't have proper PPE at my store.

It's hard to admit that I stayed home during past elections. But not again. Too much is at stake, so I'm voting for the first time ever. My vote is essential.

This November, $15/hr NATIONWIDE, Unions for All, and police reform are on the ballot.

The first step is to check your voter registration status.

The last time the minimum wage went up for everyone was over 11 years ago. In that time, the Fight for $15 has kept up the fight: $70 billion in raises for 24+ million people, demanding PPE so we can stay safe at work, and fighting for RESPECT on the job.

But when corporations like McDonald's work with the Trump Administration to keep us in dire straits and stop us from getting paid sick leave...in a deadly global pandemic, we need to fight back.

We need to fight back so EVERYONE can earn a living wage and live a decent life.

We need to fight back because healthcare is a right, not a privilege.

We need to fight back because Black Lives Matter and immigrant families must be welcome and safe.

We need to fight back because we're workers, and we're essential.

That starts today. Take a minute to check your registration, and let's get ready to win racial and economic justice this November. >> [link removed]
