That is not public safety.

I didn’t come to Congress to help them catalog free Americans.

That’s why I co-sponsored the FLOCK-OFF Act — to rip federal taxpayer money out of these camera networks, force federally funded systems down, and stop Washington from paying for the contracts, cloud storage, and data-sharing that turn your daily drive into a government file.
