We're less than 50 days from Election Day, and I need to ask you to chip in $3 to help us close strong here in CA-22.

Here are five reasons why your support matters right now:
  • The latest polls show us leading Republican incumbent David Valadao 48 to 44. Experts at the Cook Political Report are also calling CA-22 the only toss-up race in California headed into November.
     
  • Mail-in ballots begin hitting voters' homes in early October, about 20 days from now. Our message needs to be fully funded and in front of voters before those ballots hit, not after.
     
  • The Congressional Leadership Fund and other corporate super PACs are spending millions on attack ads to defeat me. As it stands, Team Valadao holds roughly a $2.9 million spending edge through Election Day.
     
  • Valadao has taken over $1.2 million from the healthcare industry and voted to gut Medicaid despite promising not to. Roughly 70% of this district depends on Medicaid, and he didn’t hold a single town hall before casting that Medicaid-destroying vote.
     
  • I don't take a dime of corporate PAC money. Donations like yours aren't a supplement to this campaign, they're the engine fueling it.
