Team,
The courts have stopped Trump in his efforts to change how Americans vote in the midterms. The Supreme Court has blocked the USPS from restricting who can and cannot receive a mail ballot in the upcoming election.

And here in Colorado—where EVERY active registered voter is mailed a ballot— this is a huge victory for voters!
Jena’s response was clear:
“Trump will continue to fail in his efforts to take control of the 2026 midterms. We will fight every attempt to suppress the vote or unlawfully federalize elections.”
This is what standing up and fighting back looks like.
As Secretary of State, Jena has challenged efforts by the Trump administration to interfere with Colorado's elections and defended the state's voting system.
And she's ready to keep doing it as Attorney General.
Whether it's voting rights, reproductive freedom, consumer protection, or Colorado's land, air, and water, Jena has pledged to take on federal actions that violate the law or Coloradans' rights.
We know this won't be the last challenge Colorado faces—and we need leaders ready for the next one. If you're with Jena, chip in today and help us keep this momentum going. [[link removed]]
