John,
Nineteen years ago, America endured one of its darkest days. Looking back, we remember not only the uncertainty and tragic losses, but also the light that shined through -- in the heroism, the resilience and, over time, the rebuilding.
Tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET on ABC, we invite you to watch "9/11 Remembered: The Day We Came Together," a special broadcast of the 2014 opening of the 9/11 Memorial Museum. The Memorial Museum has been closed in recent months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the airing of the 2014 ceremony comes as it prepares to reopen to the public tomorrow, September 12.
The event features remarks from President Barack Obama, thoughts from Mike on "our common grief and our common hope," as well as stories from first responders, survivors, family members of those we lost, and others.
Join us this evening as we continue to commemorate the events of September 11, honoring those we lost and reflecting on all that unites us. "9/11 Remembered: The Day We Came Together" starts at 8:00 p.m. ET tonight on ABC. Learn more here:
