This is horrifying, y’all. The recently released recording of President Trump admitting he knew COVID-19 was going to be devastating confirms what we suspected: Our elected officials played down the worst pandemic in generations, from the VERY BEGINNING -- even though they knew better.

They knew that COVID-19 would be far worse than the flu, and that it was airborne and therefore easier to spread. Instead of taking the urgently-needed steps to limit the death toll -- they played down the virus’ danger.
