[link removed] [[link removed]] Hey team,
I know this isn't the kind of email I usually send, but before we head into the final stretch of this election, I wanted to take a moment to tell you why I'm still in this fight. And when I'm done, I hope you'll chip in to help me win reelection this November and keep delivering results for Kansas' 3rd District. [[link removed]]

Growing up, not many people would have looked at me and pictured a future Congresswoman.
My mom raised me on her own while spending 20 years serving our country in the Army. She taught me what hard work and responsibility look like — not by telling me, but by showing up and living it every single day.
I held on to those lessons when I worked multiple jobs to get myself through school. I held on to them through my work in economic and community development on Native American reservations. And I held on to them in 2018, when I launched a campaign to take on a four-term Republican incumbent in Congress.
Back then, plenty of people told me I couldn't win. In their eyes, an LGBTQ+ Native American woman and former MMA fighter didn't belong in Washington. But I didn't listen to the naysayers then, and I'm not listening to them now.
Because the naysayers haven't gone anywhere .
Over the past year, Republicans pushed to redraw Kansas' congressional map for one reason: To force me out of this seat. They came up short. Now, they're lining up behind yet another challenger, hoping to flip this must-win seat in November.
I ran for Congress because I believe our government should look more like the people it serves — working people, fighters, people with real-world experiences facing real-world struggles.
And over the past eight years, I've worked hand-in-hand with hardworking Kansans to deliver real results: Millions of dollars in infrastructure projects, thousands of clean-energy jobs, the most significant bipartisan gun safety law in a generation — and I’m committed to continuing that fight.
But our work is far from finished — and with less than seven weeks left until Election Day, I need everyone on this grassroots team stepping up and pitching in. If there's one thing my mom taught me, it's that hard work is good work . That's why I'm still in this fight — and if you're ready to stand with me, please chip in any amount to help us hold KS-03 and take back the House → [[link removed]]
