We’re officially less than 50 days away from Election Day. That means we have only a few weeks left to write hundreds of thousands of letters to voters together.

Whether you’re completely new to Vote Forward letter writing or a returning volunteer, there are three upcoming events to help you jump in and maximize your impact right now.

Volunteer Orientation 

New to Vote Forward? Want a quick refresher? Join us for an interactive letter writer orientation. The Vote Forward team will cover frequently asked questions like what to write, who you are writing to, and how to choose the right campaign for you. You’ll also walk away with a strong understanding of what is new this cycle, including our mission to build the future of civic engagement and the new pilot programs rolled out this year.

There are two more volunteer orientations before Election Day. Join us on Thursday, September 24th, or Thursday, October 8th, from 8-8:30 pm ET to learn more about available Vote Forward campaigns.

Vote Forward Community Call  
During these virtual calls, Vote Forward volunteers will get a behind-the-scenes look at all active campaigns and connect directly with staff and fellow volunteers across the country. Here, you can expect updates on campaigns and have any of your questions answered.

Join us on Wednesday, September 16th, Wednesday, September 30th, or Tuesday, October 13th.

Vote Forward & Stand Up America Letter Writing Event 
In collaboration with Stand Up America, Vote Forward volunteers across the country will write handwritten letters to voters in key districts in this election cycle. All letter writers, seasoned and new, are encouraged to join this event and write letters in community to increase voter turnout ahead of the 2026 midterms.
