I don't send emails like this, but what happened at a Senate hearing today cannot wait.

Under oath, Kash Patel was asked point-blank whether the FBI will send agents to polling places this November. He did not say no. He said: "You bet we're gonna have them there."

The top law enforcement officer in the United States, asked whether putting federal agents at the polls would break the law, said he isn't sure it would. In the same hearing, he'd told a different senator he wasn't sending anyone, then reversed himself hours later.

That is the whole game. They don't have to send a single agent anywhere. They just have to make you afraid one might be there and hope you stay home.

Federal law is clear: armed federal officers at polling places are illegal except to repel an armed enemy. 

The FBI Director knows that. He said what he said anyway.
