That’s what Texas Democratic Party Chair Kendall Scudder had to say after Republican Railroad Commission nominee Bo French’s racist comments about students at a University of Texas football game.
And apparently, we’re not the only ones who’ve had enough of GOP extremism. Looks like Texas Republicans are mad that Bo said the quiet parts out loud.
Even Karl Rove — yes,
that Karl Rove, longtime Republican strategist and former adviser to George W. Bush — says he’s breaking with three decades of voting Republican.

If Karl Rove can see this guy is too extreme for Texas, why can't the rest of the Texas GOP?
Here's the truth: Bo French isn't a fluke. He's what happens when Texas Republicans let extremism go unchecked for too long. And the only way to stop him — and the rest of his ticket — is to make sure Democrats have what we need to win in November.
Chip in $25 or whatever you can right now to help Texas Democrats defeat Bo French and every other GOP extremist on the ballot.
Or, if you can, consider setting up a weekly donation of $10 each week between now and Election Day, when it will automatically turn off. Heck, we’d even take $5 if you can. What do you think? Will you help us fight back?
If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Let's prove Texans don’t take kindly to people talking about our neighbors like that — at the ballot box.
