This is the same guy who led an investigation against an election software company and accused them of election interference in the 2020 presidential election – and was fired for withholding his biases as an election denier.
But instead of being held accountable, Trump put him in charge of the very office meant to protect your vote. Now Neff is leading the DOJ's attacks on our elections, sending intimidating letters to Democratic Secretaries of State demanding they hand over sensitive voter data.
And after losing repeated court battles over voter rolls and election rules, the Trump administration is using threats to get their way before the midterms.
