We just dealt Donald Trump a major defeat at the Supreme Court.

Three weeks ago, my office sued the U.S. Postal Service over a Trump mandate that would have dictated who got a mail ballot. I said this rule would happen over my dead body.

Tonight, the Court refused to let it take effect.

Arizona will run this election the way we always have.

More than three-quarters of Arizonans vote by mail in a system Republicans built. Early voting starts October 7– just 23 days from now. 

This is a decisive victory for Arizona and a major defeat for Trump's attempt to rig our elections.

It's also a reminder of what's at stake in November. My MAGA opponent, Warren Petersen, would never have filed this case. He would have indulged Trump’s election conspiracies, directly undermining the voting rights of every Arizona voter.

Trump, Petersen, and the entire MAGA movement won't take this lying down. They know people like me are standing in their way, and they'll do, say, and spend whatever it takes to beat me.

This is only the beginning of our fight to keep our elections safe and secure. Chip in now to keep this office in the hands of someone who sues them every single time.

The only reason Arizona was able to fight back was that we secured victory in 2022 by just 280 votes. 280 votes stood between Trump and the security of our election.
