The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) officially added our Democratic nominee in Tennessee’s 5th Congressional District, Columbia Mayor Chaz Molder, to its “Red to Blue” program!

* He knows how to win: Chaz was elected Mayor of his hometown of Columbia, and unseated a two-term Republican incumbent to become the youngest mayor in Columbia’s 200-year history. He was re-elected in 2022 by a wide margin in a county that Donald Trump won by 45 points!

* A proven track record of delivering for working families: As Mayor, Chaz didn’t get bogged down by culture wars. He passed seven straight balanced budgets without raising property taxes, saved taxpayers $10.5 million, invested in public safety, and revitalized local infrastructure.

* A direct contrast: While this seat was held by weak-kneed, boot-licking extremist Andy Ogles who spent his time chasing cable news hits and ignoring working families, Ogles lost his primary back in August to another Republican who will bend the knee. We can’t keep playing the same game with the same players and expecting different results. Chaz is focused on real solutions like lowering costs, fixing roads, supporting public schools, and protecting our freedoms.
