| In February, the Trump administration repealed not just limits on vehicle emissions, but the “endangerment finding” itself, which states that yes, greenhouse gas emissions are harmful to human health. Now they are trying to do the same for power plants. |

- The law is settled: EPA’s authority to regulate greenhouse gases was already confirmed by the Supreme Court nearly two decades ago, and has consistently been affirmed by the courts.
- The science is clear: Decades of scientific consensus affirms that climate change is real, driven primarily by human-caused emissions, and is harming both our health and the economy today.
- The reality is all around us: Massive floods, droughts, wildfires, and hurricanes are harming our health, our communities, and our economy. They will only get worse if the government undercuts its own authority to act.
