I’m expecting a phone call from my defense attorney at any moment.

Any day now, the left-wing Attorney General of Arizona will shut a heavy door, lock out the public, and seat 16 anonymous strangers in a room.

No judge.

No cameras.

No face-to-face.

No chance to defend myself.

The Attorney General will walk away with the NEW sham INDICTMENT she needs to start a BRAND NEW TRIAL against me with the goal of imprisoning me for 20 YEARS.

This is what has become of our country: Imprisoning an innocent man to win re-election!

Look at everything they’ve done to me so far:

A dawn raid on my home.
Arresting me alongside President Trump as innocent men.
Freezing my bank accounts.
Seizing my assets.
Forcing me to the point of bankruptcy.

The lunatic Left’s desire to DESTROY yours truly knows no bounds.

They even stripped me of my law licenses so I would have no means to defend myself, leading pundits in the media to label me a “DEAD MAN WALKING!”

But what I’ve come to realize ever since I came so close to death was that the pursuit of truth, freedom, and justice are worth infinitely more than any earthly possession.

They can strip me of all I’m worth – all I’ll ever be worth – but what I REFUSE to surrender to the Democrats and their Deep State thugs is my LEGACY!

And that is what my final trial is truly all about, Patriot.

I’d rather lose everything than betray what I know to be true. I could never lie and say what I'm going through is a fair and honest process just to hang on to “earthly possessions.”

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" (Mark 8:36)

You see, this FINAL BATTLE for my freedom is about ensuring this injustice can NEVER AGAIN happen to another innocent patriot all for standing by what he knows to be right and true.

I pray to God that will be my legacy when we win this trial.

But now, as I fight with all I’ve got, I have only one place left to turn to help me reach the finish line and secure my freedom: good and honest Americans like YOU.
