Here in Florida, we depend on our environment for two of our largest industries: tourism and agriculture. Millions of people flock to the Sunshine State every year expecting white sandy beaches, natural springs, and lakes, and if we want that to continue, we need to protect our natural attractions.

The environmental degradation occurring in Lake Okeechobee, the Everglades, and other ecosystems in Florida is only exacerbating the threat of climate change. When these habitats are threatened, so is our economy.

But, Andrew knows that this is an opportunity.

Andrew will fight to create new green jobs by investing in renewable energy, land and water conservation, and restoration. We need innovative businesses to take on environmental projects to combat climate change.
