John: it's now officially go-time for the census. With just 20 days left until the census closes, the moment to act is now or never.

While we're continuing to organize in-person and virtually, we need to get the census out even faster. That's why I recorded this short video on why completing the census is so important:

We're trying to get this video out to as many people as possible on social media before it's too late. Will you chip in $3 right now so we can make our first digital ad buy to blast this message out to folks?

Currently, our district's completion rates are 63%, but there are some areas where we're only at 51%. But the good news is that we know what we're doing is working — across NY-16, thousands more have completed the census since we started organizing. We just need to keep going: on the ground, over the phone, and online, so we can reach as many folks as possible.

I ran for Congress because I wanted to make transformative change and fight for my community. The results of this census will determine whether or not NY-16 receives adequate funding for our schools, housing, and social services. Taking the census is a critical first step in the fight for bold, progressive change.
