Team — Mitch McConnell is terrified of losing his power.

We know this because he can’t stop telling the press just how scared he is that Republicans could lose hold on the Senate if we’re successful in flipping a few specific seats in very critical races — races like MJ Hegar running in Texas, Mark Kelly running Arizona, Amy McGrath running in Kentucky, and Cal Cunningham running in North Carolina. Races where our team has already made a huge impact.

Just today CNN reported that Mitch McConnell now believes the fight for the Senate is a “50-50 situation.”

We got into these races as early and forcefully as we did because we’ve long known that this team is capable of flipping the Senate and sending veterans to Washington to fight for vets and military families everywhere.

We’ve spent — big — on television, radio, and online to support our incredible slate of candidates. It’s because of our involvement that we could flip the Senate with VoteVets-endorsed candidates alone, but only if we all do our part to keep up the momentum we’ve started.

Will you make a contribution to VoteVets today to support the work we’re doing to flip the Senate this November? Every one of your hard-earned dollars you donate to this email will go towards identifying veterans and turning them out on election day. We’re depending on you.

Year over year, election cycle after election cycle, we’ve increased the reach of our message to include hundreds of thousands — even millions in some cases — of voters who will be headed to the polls for one of the most important elections in our lifetime in just a few weeks.

We’ve built our team to be ready for this moment, and we’ve done it powered by a grassroots team of dedicated veterans, military families, and active-duty troops and allies to our communities pitching in $10 or $50 or $100 where they can.

Our job is not finished yet, and the future of our great country is counting on our success in November. But let’s be clear: everything we’ve been able to accomplish — and everything we will accomplish in these next few weeks — has been because of your support.

Thank you for opening, reading and sharing our emails. Thank you for volunteering your time and your hard-earned dollars to our cause. Thank you for all you do to strengthen our team and movement.
