Donald Trump told reporters last week he plans to spend $400 to $500 million of his own money to keep Republicans in control of Congress this November. Elon Musk's America PAC and Trump's new "No Going Back" super PAC have already booked more than $74 million in ads across battleground House and Senate races. And that is just the down payment.
