Trump’s FCC just pressured Jimmy Kimmel into pulling his interview with James Talarico.
Let that sink in. A sitting president’s FCC leaning on a network to kill an interview with a Texas candidate.
I’ve spent 30 years in the entertainment business. I know how television works, and I know how rare it is for something like this to happen out in the open. This wasn’t a scheduling conflict. This was pressure, applied on purpose, to keep a Texan off the air.
And it’s not the only example.
Days earlier, my own music page got wrongfully banned on TikTok for “impersonation” of myself. Think about that: I got flagged for impersonating myself. It took days to get it back, days I could’ve spent talking directly to voters instead of fighting a bot.
Before that, Texas-based Latino creator Carlos Eduardo Espina got suspended after posting about ICE and immigration.
Three strikes in two weeks. That’s not a coincidence, that’s a pattern.
James and I are both winning, and Republicans in Washington know it. They’re scared of what’s happening in Texas, and they’re trying to shut us up before we get too loud to ignore.
Well, it’s time to show them the true grassroots power of this movement.
Will you split a donation between my campaign and James’ today, so we can cut through the noise and reach the voters we need to flip Texas blue? [ [link removed] ]
Gracias por todo. Thank you for everything.
