As a founding member of ASA in 2011, SilencerCo has been standing shoulder to shoulder with us in the fight to end the NFA. In addition to being a named plaintiff in SSF v. ATF, SilencerCo is a steadfast supporter of ASA and our work on Jensen v. ATF which was consolidated into the final SSF v. ATF ruling. Their support has also enabled ASA to file four additional cases—two similar challenges to the NFA's unconstitutional taxing scheme and two direct challenges to state-level bans on suppressor ownership.
