It’s a Saturday in September, which means one thing in my house: college football is back!

Like so many Arizonans, I’m excited to root for Northern Arizona and Arizona State, my alma maters, this fall. Game days are a great way to bring the people of our state together.

But for too many families, being a football fan is getting expensive.

From food and gas for tailgating to ticket prices to snacks for your house, working families trying to enjoy the game are feeling the squeeze of higher prices.

Here’s the reality: my opponent, Andy Biggs, voted for Donald Trump’s disastrous tariffs that caused the price of everyday goods to spike. If he’s elected governor, he’ll bring that same MAGA agenda right here to Arizona — including a 23 percent sales tax on EVERYTHING.

I’m working to lower costs so Arizonans can not only survive, but enjoy seasons like this with their families. If we’re going to keep football affordable for everyone, we have to beat Biggs this November.
