They said we couldn’t win our primary when we were outspent 16-1, but we built a grassroots movement and proved that people power can beat big money. They say Florida is too red, that it’s too far gone to win. But they are wrong. A new public poll came out today, and it is shocking the establishment. It shows that our race is tied, 47-47. But it’s not shocking to me. And I’ll tell you why. I’ve been organizing in this state for decades, and I know when our people are fed up. Like folks all over the country, Floridians are tired of the rising cost of everything. But particularly in our state, we’ve been hit hard by skyrocketing insurance rates, high rents, and price gouging getting us behind. Our opponent is less popular than the President. And that’s not surprising either. She’s corrupt and signed off on a scheme to take government money away from healthcare for poor kids to fund political ads. She was appointed, not elected, to her seat to be a rubber stamp for her billionaire donors. I am doing my best to reach every corner of the state and go to places Democrats don’t often visit. We are mobilizing voters all over Florida who have been disenfranchised from our politics and are looking for someone who will stand up for them. This is the type of campaign we are running, and these are the results we are seeing. I know how to stretch a dollar, believe me. Right now, we are trying to fund our statewide field program and our first round of TV ads. $5, $10, or even $25 goes a long way. This race is tied. It is on us to win it. DONATE Let’s do this.
