John, this is
urgent:

A federal appeals court just reinstated two dangerous voter suppression
laws in Arizona, making it harder for young people and Latino voters to
make their voices heard this election.

midterms

Now, with just weeks until this consequential midterm election, voters
face the risk of having their registration canceled just for crossing
county lines — and new penalties threaten community members who help
relatives or neighbors navigate the voting process.

John,
Republicans are pulling out all of the
stops to rig our elections — but Voto Latino is fighting back. We’re on
the ground in the community and on campuses, ensuring Arizona voters are
informed and can make their voices heard at the ballot box.

We know exactly why these laws were passed — to shrink the electorate and
suppress turnout in a crucial swing state.

That’s why we’re fighting back by registering every eligible Latino voter
we can reach in Arizona and across the country and making sure voters are
aware of these anti-voter restrictions.

With Arizona’s voter registration deadline quickly approaching on October
5th and early voting starting on October 7th, we’re doubling down on our
organizing efforts to ensure every voter in our community is registered,
up to date, and ready to vote.
