091020dlb Fellow American,
Did you hear the news?
President Trump
was nominated for a 2021 Nobel Peace Prize this week, after helping
secure a historic peace agreement between Israel and the United Arab
Emirates (UAE) last month.
He was nominated by Christian
Tybring-Gjedde, a member of the Norwegian Parliament, who wrote in his
letter to the Nobel Committee:
“As it is expected other Middle
Eastern countries will follow in the footsteps of the UAE, this
agreement could be a game changer that will turn the Middle East into a
region of cooperation and prosperity.”
Tybring-Gjedde also pointed
out that the president “has broken a 39-year-old streak of American
Presidents either starting a war or bringing the United States into an
international armed conflict.”
I would like to offer my sincere
congratulations to President Trump.
His efforts towards resolving
conflicts across the globe are unparalleled, and he deserves the
recognition. My hope is that the nominating committee follows through
with giving him the award, because he has earned it.
Sincerely,
Deb
Fischer
P.S. If you agree that we need strong leaders in America who
will work hard for a better world,
