I have spent decades watching the establishment tell working people the same thing: be realistic, the money always wins in the end.

In Florida, it didn't. The party's preferred pick in the Democratic Senate primary spent sixteen dollars for every one dollar Angie Nixon had.

She won in a landslide.

I know Angie, and I'm proud to endorse her for the United States Senate. Before she was a candidate, she was on picket lines organizing workers, and she's raising five kids while doing all of it. Look at who helped deliver this win. First-time voters. People without a college degree. Rural counties both parties assumed were a lost cause. A Miami-Dade that Republicans thought they'd locked down for good. This is what happens when a campaign organizes instead of relying on polling.

And when the results came in, so did the money. Thousands of people chipped in the very next day, no PACs, no corporate checks, and the math came out to about $38 apiece. That's a movement paying its own way. Now it's your turn to be one of those people.
