John — I’ll be honest with you: this race is about to get a lot more expensive.
National Republicans poured another $900,000 into Greg Cunningham’s campaign just this month. Then, this week, he was a keynote speaker at the GOP’s midterm convention, putting an even bigger spotlight on his campaign.
That means more attention, more outside money and even more attacks are likely coming our way.
If we’re not ready, Republicans will continue to flood the airwaves, distort my record and drown out our message. We cannot let their money decide this race or who represents New Mexico in Congress.
Greg Cunningham would be a rubber stamp for Donald Trump, and a MAGA agenda that puts the wealthy and well-connected first while New Mexico’s families pay the price.
That’s why our team set a 48-hour weekend goal of $38,000, John.
Hitting it will help us prepare for the influx of Republican spending and fight back as the attacks come in.
